No. We never hold bank or check-signing authority. We advise; your leadership and board decide.

No. We work alongside your CPA and help you get ready for audits, reviews and, for nonprofits, Form 990, but we don't perform audits or prepare tax returns.

No. We are a finance partner, not a law firm. When a financial decision has legal implications, we will tell you and work alongside your attorney.

Over 30 days we get inside your numbers and your story: cash position, budget versus actual, controls, reporting and the decisions in front of you. You get a written picture of where you stand and a recommended plan. The fixed fee is credited to your first month if you continue.

Partnerships run for 12 months, with 30 days' notice to end them. You're billed monthly, or you can pay annually and save 8%.

Yes. You can start in the Foundation tier with a monthly review, cash forecast and reporting, then move to Strategic or Partner as the work grows. Your tier can change as your needs do.

Yes. For churches that run a school or preschool, we bring the school's budget, tuition revenue and cash flow into the same financial picture as the church, so leadership sees the whole ministry.

We're based in the Seattle area and serve clients remotely, with on-site visits in the Strategic and Partner tiers.

CPAs keep the books clean and file your returns, but they don't build the plan. Coaches understand the calling, but not the balance sheet. We fill the seat in between: a strategic finance partner, fluent in both faith and finance, who helps leadership turn the numbers into decisions.

Confidential by default. We sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before you share any financial information. We work with read-only access to your accounting and banking systems and never hold bank or check-signing authority. Your information is used only to serve you: it is never sold and never shared without your written permission. When our work together ends, we return or securely delete your files at your request.
